Structure of the article

THE TITLE OF THE MANUSCRIPT
(centered, font-size 16 pt, 1 line spacing)

Surname, first letters (initials) of name, middle name of the author/authors (in width, font-size 12 pt, 1 line spacing), scientific degree, scientific status, position, e-mail, ORCID ID (for individual researchers the access to the ORCID ID registry is provided free of charge on https://orcid.org/signing). You can get an ORCID ID, manage the records of your papers, and search the other researchers in the register. It is very important to provide an ORCID ID every time you submit a manuscript to a journal.)

Official name of the organization, address (full) (in width, font-size 12 pt, 1 line spacing).

Abstract (200–250 words, in width, font-size 14 pt). The abstract should be clear and informative (without general phrases and information of minor importance), original, significant (relevant to the main contents of the manuscript), structured (written as one paragraph of the text, but follow the sequence of describing the results in the manuscript). The abstract should contain the purpose, a brief description of the research methods, a description of the main results and conclusions. The text must use the terminology that is used in specialized international English-language journals on relevant research topics. The abstract itself should be understandable even without being aware of the main contents of the manuscript. It is recommended to build most sentences according to the model: “There was/were discovered…”, “There was/were established…”, “There was/were clarified…”, “There was estimated an effect on…”, “There were characterized the regularities/patterns…”, “There was/were considered…”, etc.

Keywords: 4–6 words, in width, in italic.

Introduction. The introduction should contain a description of the study of the problem in the world scientific literature (you must use references for the last 5 years). The introduction should end with a description of the purpose of the study: “to identify ...”, “to characterize ...”, “to find out ...”, “to describe ...”; the purpose of the current paper cannot be “to study ...” or “to research ...”.

Materials and methods. The chapter should make it possible to repeat the entire amount of study conducted to verify the data obtained by the author/authors of the manuscript.  The chapter can be subdivided into subsections as if necessary. The chapter should create a holistic view that the author of the study is aware of all possible sources of error that may affect the results of the study.

Results and discussion. The chapter can be subdivided into subsections as if necessary.

Latin titles and related information (for example, authors’ names or year of description) must have the same formatting elements.

  1. You cannot provide references to a table or a figure in the form of a separate sentence.
  2. SI units are given without dots (m, g, a, mol), while non-standardized units are given with abbreviations (pcs./m2, etc.).
  3. There cannot be used abbreviations of scientific definitions/terms in the manuscript.
  4. The titles of tables and figures (as well as notes to them) should be “comprehensive”. The reader should not additionally reread the “Materials and Methods” or the title of the manuscript in order to understand the content of the table or figure, to determine the repetition of the research.

If there are coordinate axes in the figures, there should be indicated their names and their dimensions.

  1. The manuscripts are often rejected by the editorial board due to the lack of statistical processing of primary data (general requirements for professional publications).

Conclusions. 5-10 sentences with conclusions. They can be given in the form of a list or it can be a solid text.

Financing (required). Research work was carried out at any cost

Acknowledgements (if necessary). The acknowledgements are given after Conclusions before References.

References. The number of references should be no more than 10 for scientific papers and no more than 15 for reviews.

References are listed alphabetically, not in order of mention in the text. It is necessary to include all authors in the description of the reference, without reducing their number to three or four.

The examples of bibliographic references are given in GOST R 7.0.5-2008 “Bibliographic reference. General requirements and rules.

The References should contain citations of the papers published in other journals of the "White List". The list of references should contain at least 50% references from the RSCI core. There should be no more than 10% of justified self-citation.   The list of references should contain no more than 10% of 10-year old references, and at least 20% of 5-year old references.

References (for foreign databases) are given in a completely separate block, repeating the list of references for the Russian part, regardless of whether it contains foreign sources. If the list contains foreign references, they are completely repeated in the list in the Roman alphabet.

The authors are fully responsible for the accuracy of bibliographic sources, including those translated into English.

All references must be checked for the presence of DOI and indicate it. The authors of the manuscript are fully responsible for checking the presence of DOI in bibliographic references.

Authorship criteria. The authors of the manuscript must confirm in writing that they have equal rights to the manuscript and are equally responsible for plagiarism).

Conflict of interests. Authors must declare no conflict of interest.

Author’s contribution. Full name – conceptualization of the study; Full name – preparation of the trials; Full name – carrying out of field / laboratory trials and data collection; Full name – data analysis and interpretation; Full name – preparation of the manuscript.

All authors have read and approved the final version of the manuscript.

Tips for typing and formatting text

The manuscripts should be printed on one side of the manuscript A4 with 1,5 line spacing, Times New Roman, font-size 14 Pt and 1,25 cm indention.

The recommended volume of the manuscript is 10-14 pages of the manuscript A4. The manuscripts of larger volume can be accepted as an exclusion. The number of pictures shouldn’t exceed 5.

Tables and figures should be numbered according to the contents of the manuscript. Statistical and other details are provided below the table in the notes. Tables should be placed in the text of the manuscript immediately after the first mention of them.

Figures are numbered in the order they are discussed in the text. All text elements in images (graphs, diagrams, schemes) should be in Times New Roman if possible. The image after scanning when printing should be as clear as the main text. All titles of figures and tables should be given in Russian and English.

References in the text are given according to the example (surname, year) for 1 author – (Vinson, 1997); 2 authors – (Vargo and Laurel, 1994; Vargo and Hulsey, 2000); 3 or more authors – (Jones et al., 1978; Davis et al., 1989).

The manuscript should contain up-to-date contact details (e-mail/phone number) of one or several authors.

Along with the submitted manuscript there must be attached the details of the organization or the passport data of one of the authors for issuing an invoice for publication.

Rules of publication

  1. Only one article of the author can be printed in one issue of the journal.
  2. The author is responsible for the accuracy of the names, quotations, formulas and figures in the article.
  3. The mailed manuscripts do not return back.
  4. It is not allowed to send the research works that have been already sent to other publications or have been already printed in them.

The editors have a right to shorten and correct the manuscript in an agreement with the author/authors.

The manuscript should be signed by the authors and have a sealed referral from the institution where the work was completed, confirming that the materials are being published for the first time.

Publications in the journal are subject to a fee for authors. The cost of one publication is 12 thousand rubles (from 01.01.2025). Payment is made after the manuscript is approved by the reviewers. An invoice can be issued to either an individual or a legal entity. Postgraduate students have the right to one individual free publication. The cost includes editing materials, selecting, and preparing photographs, making a layout, typesetting texts, scanning, and processing materials, a design, a layout, color separation, outputting a set of films and printing; making an original layout; posting the journal on electronic platforms (websites: https://www.zhros.online/jour/index and https://www.elibrary.ru/defaultx.asp); registration of digital object identifiers (DOI).

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

  2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.

  3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

  4. Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).

  5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

  6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.
