Abstract
The current review deals with consideration of biotechnologies for developing, storing, and using nodule bacteria products (inoculants), as well as current issues of introducing symbiotic microflora products into domestic agriculture under emerging national bioeconomy. There have been considered the successive stages of developing modern highly effective forms of inoculants, such as the isolation of promising strains of nodule bacteria with high symbiotic potential and technological efficiency; storage of selected strains in appropriate microbial collections; development of highly productive formulations of nutrient media and highly productive modes of deep cultivation in industrial bioreactors (fermenters); storage of inoculants in various containers at different temperature conditions; preparation of working solutions of bioproducts with pesticide disinfectants; preliminary treatment of seeds with a working solution before sowing; the use of various polymercarbohydrate compositions (protectors) that protect bacteria from drying out. In the review there has been estimated the effectiveness of modern inoculant formulations under various soil and climatic conditions and outlined directions in improving biotechnology for nodule bacteria products.
